This compilation is of ten of the best and most affordable Kenyan Beauty products. I have used all of these products on this list, and I like to think I have great taste ;). Next time you go shopping for your self-care products include one or two or all of the items I will mention. I have included a list of all the products mentioned, where you can find them, and their prices at the end of this post.

  1. Pears Transparent Beauty Soap Bar

I discovered The Pears Transparent Soap Bar from TikTok a few months ago, and I have been using it religiously since then. I had been struggling with body acne since time immemorial with bumps and scars on my arms and back. However, ever since I started using this soap, my body acne disappeared! Another interesting thing about it is that it is a transparent bar. The more you use it, the clearer it gets till you can see right through it. I’m certain this doesn’t have any benefits, but I think it’s so cool!

2. Yenbu Shower Gel

Usher yourself into a luxurious and beautifully scented shower time with the Yenbu Body Wash. They come in a variety of scents, but my favorite, hands down is the Yogurt Vanilla scent. This shower gel is thick and lathers easily, so a little goes a long way. It also leaves a delicate and sweet vanilla scent on your skin, long after you leave the shower.

3. Imperial Leather Body Wash

Speaking of body washes, another amazing option is the Imperial Leather Body Wash, especially the Japanese Spa variety. With ingredients such as Green Tea, Jasmine, and Rice Milk, your skin will be richly lathered, nourished, and beautiful. It also has a lovely smell, that lingers on your skin even after your shower.

4. Pepsodent Toothpaste

This is hands-down my favorite toothpaste. It gets the job done, leaving your mouth feeling super clean and your breath minty fresh. It’ll leave you with a clean, bright smile giving you the confidence to face the world!

5. Vaseline Petroleum Jelly

Of course, I would not fail to mention the classic Vaseline. Our mothers were onto something when they slathered this stuff all over us when we were young before they sent us to school. Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, is such a simple product, but its uses are endless. Vaseline can be used to moisturize your skin, heal burns and small cuts, and soften dry and rough lips. you can also use it as a great base for spraying your perfume on, as it will ensure it lasts all day!

6. Arimis Petroleum Jelly

If you are looking for a more affordable but still as amazing petroleum jelly option, here comes Arimis Milking Jelly! Don’t be intimidated by the ‘milking jelly’ term or the picture of the cow on the tub. This product is totally safe to use on human skin. It will leave your skin moisturized and soft.

7. Nice & Lovely Body Lotion

For an indulgent experience after a steaming shower, The Nice and Lovely Body lotion is a welcome companion for you to richly give your skin the moisture it needs. My personal favorite is this cocoa butter with shea. This lotion is not only non-greasy but may help reduce the visibility of stretch marks.

8. Zoe Body Lotion

Another amazing lotion option is the Zoe Naturals body lotion. This brand should be appreciated because the product is great quality, affordable and there’s a large variety of scents to choose from. If you like sweet scents, I think you’d enjoy the Vintage Crystal Lace, as pictured. It has intense moisture so it would be amazing for dry skin girlies.

9. Mikalla Leave-In Conditioner

It would be a tragedy for me to not plug you with amazing and affordable products that are great for your hair! Introducing the Mikalla Leave-In conditioner. This product is not only intensely moisturizing for your hair but also has amazing ingredients such as Castor Oil, Shea Butter, and Menthol. The menthol being the most fascinating element, leaves your scalp feeling refreshed and soothed. If your scalp is often sensitive and itchy, I’d recommend you try this.

10. Kentaste Coconut Oil

Last but not least, we have the Kentaste Coconut Oil. You can not only use this product in the Kitchen but also for your skin and hair. Coconut Oil can be your go-to solution for dry skin, as it is intensely moisturizing and protects the skin barrier. It also penetrates into the hair strands making your hair strong to reduce breakage, which then helps you retain hair length and volume.
